1 General Rules & Definitions

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open an account and play at r4447, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

3 Account Security & Usage

Each member is fully responsible for ensuring the security of their account. Account security rules:

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Always log out after signing in from a public or shared device.
• If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify the r4447 support team immediately.
• An account may only be used by one person — allowing a third party to use your account is not permitted.

To make changes to personal information stored on the account, you must contact the support team and complete the required verification. r4447 is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of an account if the member has not taken appropriate precautions.

3.1 Multiple Account Prohibition

A user may not operate more than one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method, all accounts will be closed and bonuses may be forfeited.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on r4447 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The platform supports the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits from another person's account are not allowed — the payment method must belong to the member.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, contact the support team and keep proof of the transaction (screenshot or transaction ID).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met (see Section 5).

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

r4447 offers various types of bonuses to its members. Accepting a bonus means agreeing to all conditions in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 or more gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount, calculated on the bonus funds only. For example, ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Wagering applies to the bonus funds only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirements may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Some games may not contribute fully to the wagering calculation — contact the support team for details.
• Bonuses must be used within a set time limit, otherwise they will expire.

5.3 VIP Program

r4447's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression is determined based on user activity and participation. r4447 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on r4447 are supplied by various reputable game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Gaming rules:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG).
• In the event of a technical error during a game, the bet for that round may be cancelled and returned to the balance.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of a network disruption, r4447 will review the game log and provide the correct resolution.

6.1 Sports Betting

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r4447 platform:

• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other members.

If involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is proven, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

r4447 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent transaction activity.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (notice will be given after a set time limit).

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time through the support team. An opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed, provided no breach of terms has occurred.

10 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or complaint must first be addressed directly through r4447's customer service team. Dispute resolution process:

• First, submit your complaint via 24/7 live chat.

• When filing a complaint, provide the transaction ID, date, amount, and a detailed description of the issue.
• r4447 will review the dispute and communicate a decision within a reasonable time.

12 Terms & Conditions Changes

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be inapplicable or void, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Any delay or failure by r4447 to exercise any right will not be considered a waiver of that right.
